HOW you can help the city? Just use your Instinct...! You should find all easter eggs in this city cause the city is curse. when Edward's father and grandfather To Disappear, the city is changed, REALLY INSANE.
So, What's happened here really, In the past the grandfather (He's Scientist) find new Formula and everything is changed because of he all this formula was injected into the city water and when all the animals drank, they changed their appearance.
At first, it wasn't bad cause Aniumen (Mutant Animals) had a Good personality but the are really simple and this our problem cause the bad guy,s (We hate them) came to the city and the shadow of hatred was scattered.
